DONT BUY AT MAKRO OR DEFY TOPLOADERS EVER!

They sell you a washing machine they dont know the features of and dont know the quality of. I bought a Defy top loader with all kinds of eco ratings etc and the consultant said it can do a hot wash amongst other things. Unpacked and worked it, no hot wash. And it tangles your clothes out of proportion and doesnt wash properly and would not return it because the machine wasnt faulty. A false sale, regrettable purchase, is not returnable. Two years down the line, various curtains, underwear, tshirts, tops, socks and net curtains torn to shreds and still they dont care and today, refused to publish my negative review on the machine. Website requirements as an excuse. They obviously only publish positive reviews.
