DON'T BUY AT MAKRO ONLINE!

I bought a set of magniblocks as a gift for my grandchild on 13 January to be delivered before 23 January. The parcel was only delivered on 13th February AND THEY DELIVERED THE INCORRECT ITEM! I received a very cheap set of simple blocks for a baby. I was not able to log a return online because the order did not register as delivered, so it was not possible to return. I called the help line three times and on the third occasion the call centre agent put the phone down on me! I then emailed their customer services and they have still not responded to me! Finally, I was able to log a return online, but they have still have not collected the return item a week later. THIS IS APPALLING SERVICE!!!!
