Don’t buy appliances from Makro

I bought an Air fryer at Makro online used it twice and the back burned I had it for just a week .. I logged a return on the 1 February till this day I haven’t received feed when are they collecting the **** thing since I had bought it online and I’m not allowed to return it myself I have been calling and calling all I get is apologies they will escalate the matter this is the worse customer service ever
