Don't buy anything from Makro online it's a ****

I bought an airfry and turned it the next day because it was not working. I request for a refund it been 2 and a half months they keep on say the account department is still working on it . I am so disappointed that I don't even want to go to the store to buy to buy anything. I think this how they operate and take advantage of customers. I have sent emails made call ,but still they are not willing to give me my money. This is scary that a big retailer like Makro is doing this to their customers. I am shocked for days.🥺
