Don’t buy any appliance from Makro online store.

I bought a Defy 4 plate stove last year September and I returned it, they collected the stove last year October, I have been going back and forth with them with calls and emails trying to get my refund. It’s been 10 months now since they collected the stove. When I go to Makro Woodmead for my refund, they said they can’t find the stove in their store and there’s nothing they can do, so which means I will not get my money back. The driver that collected the stove from me confirmed with the manager in front of me that he brought the stove back to the store. The store Manager said they don’t work with the word of mouth so what the driver is saying doesn’t matter, what matters is that they can’t find the stove and I won’t get my money until they find the stove.
