DONT BUY ANDROID TV PLAYERS FROM MAKRO - THEY HAVE NO EXPERTISE YET WONT REFUND YOU

Makro seems to be selling more and more *******, poor quality products. I purchased a QD Intellybox Android TV player from the Makro Milnerton branch. I was dubious before I purchased it, but since the the sales person could not answer my questions, I purchased it, assuming I could return it if I was not satisfied (I WAS NOT TOLD OTHERWISE). I tried the device but was very disappointed. After setting it up, it asks to upgrade Netflix but then after a long while, it says it can't run the latest version of Netflix. Very slow and sluggish. The remote is nearly impossible to use. I went to the Intellybox SA website and tried to contact them for assistance - two weeks later yet still no reply. So I tried to return it to the Cape Gate branch. I was told they cant refund it because it is "android" and therefore must be sent to the supplier. Makro refused to refund me. I wanted to buy a Apple TV device, but will rather get it from another supplier as Makro obviously has no expertise with stuff like this.
