DON'T BUY A MAKRO TV, THEY GIVE YOU USED GOODS

I bought a TV at makro online on 3 August and it was delivered on 5 August. When unpacking I discovered that it was missing the bolts needed to secure the legs so I sent them an email on the same day. I phoned on Monday 7 August and spoke to Tebogo who said they would escalate my query. The date is now 10 August and makro has said nothing. I've managed to get 2 bolts from my son's TV to set up the "new" TV and lo and behold there's a whole netflix profile on there.

They sold me a USED TV which explains the missing bolts. I can't even log a return because the status of the order still says in progress. I need then to fetch their tv and give me my money or give me a brand new TV
