Don’t buy a fridge from makro

I bought a fridge from makro online which was damaged when it was delivered to me. I have contacted them countless times to have the fridge collected and replaced and I just keep getting told that “someone will contact you in 24 hours”…of which they never. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve called with no help. It’s been months now and I just wish I had listened to everyone else’s review about getting a fridge from makro. I don’t know which other way to use to get this fridge replaced with a proper fridge. I’m appalled with the service, its actually disgusting and they have no respect for people’s money.
