DON'T BOTHER WITH ONLINE SHOPPING AT MAKRO

Do not bother shopping online from this store. We ordered a compost tumbler and got a roll of picket fencing instead. Firstly, I am not sure how these two items can be confused with one another. Secondly, this happened on the 4th of August and it's still unresolved. Refund process takes 7 - 14 working days. Makro needs to revise their communication processes and supplier relationships. Rather support small businesses / independents.
