Don't bother with Makro online

I ordered a desk online from Makro - apparently Makro Market Place. It was due to be delivered within 10 days. I received an email confirming my order and then never heard another word. I had to call the call center three times. Each time "a very helpful" consultant took my call and promised to sort out the matter, call me back, email me. I never received any further communication from Makro. Today, they have refunded me, but not a word of apology for any inconvenience or explanation as to why they are not delivering my order. Its a very poor showing Makro...
