Don't buy Kelvinator dishwasher
I bought a Kelvinator dishwasher on 28 June 2015, with the extended warrantee at an additional fee. The machine is 6 months old, and I'm already having problems with it. I need to run 6 cycles to get something hopefully clean, the soap dispenser door is not opening, and the tablet doesn't dissolve. Makro will send a technician out - I DON'T want the machine repaired, it's still under full warrantee. I want a full refund for the machine and warrantee - I will buy another brand at another supplier not giving me this \a technician 1st to come out and see if it can be repaired. My previous machine was 8 years without this trouble

Thank you for taking time to raise your dissatisfaction.
Our suppliers have the right to inspect the item for the cause of the failure, and assuming that it is a manufacture fault you as the consumer have the right to then choose a refund, replace or repair. It is not up to the Supplier or Retailer to select the way forward.
Furthermore an extended warranty only kicks in when the supplier warranty has lapse and it is not a guarantee to receive a new appliances.
