Don not buy Electronics from Makro!

Makro called us a week ago confirming that they will replace or refund our faulty television set.

We were given a reference number and told to go to the store for the replacement, an email confirmation will be sent. To this day, no confirmation was received.

We drove all the way to the store only to be told that they have not been sent authorization for the credit and the supplier is closed until next year.

It’s officially two months being moved from pillar to post by Makro, maybe it’s not the best place to buy electronics after all. Our Christmas is ruined by their empty promises!
