DOMINATOR KREEPY KRAWELY ABSOLUTELY JUNK!

I needed a pool cleaner so I went to Makro. I was told by the salesman that the Dominator Kreepy Krauly was an excellent buy. So I took his word and bought it. I got home and connected everything up according to instructions and found that there was a part that was missing to connect to the weir - inlet suction. So I went back and told them my problem. The salesman said that there is a part that I can buy for R160 or so rand. He then opened up a Dominator box and to my disappointment I told him that I did not have those parts and then I began to get suspicious and said I want those missing parts. The manager was telephone and after a long story I was given the parts. I went home and connected it all up and to my horror the Dominator hardly moved so I took the whole thing back and that was a big story as if they were doing me a favor to replace it. Anyway, I went through the process of being able to get another. I was clever this time and asked the salesman to check that everything is in the box. He checked and he said I don't think that you you take this one. The wheels look like it has been used. So he got a ladder and took one from the upper rack. I took it home and this one did not work either. I am really upset because this cost a lot and I was up and down traveling to and from Makro.
