19 days later after ordering online, i have nothing to show for it. No delivery, no communication and no refund.

I have followed up numerous times, to no avail! I would like my refund and don’t you dare send your stupid generic response when you know you are taking peoples money and yet not meeting the service delivery.

The lack of communication is REPULSIVE and DISAPPOINTING! I will be escalating this matter to the Consumer Ombudsman!!!
