DO NOT USE ONLINE SERVICE!

Placed an order last week thursday, Order got split into 3 parts. Normally when i order i receive a SMS in the morning that delivery is scheduled, On the Friday (next day) - no SMS, until 12.30 - I then called the courier driver, and explained I just left my house and will not be able to receive delivery until after 14.00 - He mentioned he cannot come back and will return to store, and ask them to schedule for the next day. According to web site, it was dispatched on the saturday at 17.37 and returned at 17.38 as they could not deliver? ***? I then called the call centre on Monday, Lasy took the details and promised to revert back to me, STILL NO Response, Tried to email and contact store that dispatched, and Again, no response on email, store cays call call centre.

Now the order shows completed, cannot claim a refund or get my goods.

Please assist
