Do not use Makro - useless and provide absolutely no support for online orders

If I could I would not even give Makro 1 Star!!

I purchased online on the 25th June, on the 28th June I received an email stating that my order was dispatched - although I was initially ecstatic with the speedy service, this was short lived. One week later and I still did not get my parcel. After 7 (yes 7!) phone calls to customer service and 2 phone calls to the store responsible the response I received was "Kindly be advised that we will do a follow with the relevant department regarding the order. We will provide feedback once it's given to us".

Their online services state delivery within 2 to 5 business days, still today 7 business days later they cannot even track my order!

Every time I try to get an answer from customer service I am told "we promise we will get back to you" and still no one gets back to me - I am the one who has to constantly phone customer service.

This review is my last resort and hopefully someone who is wanting to do an online purchase with Makro will read it and think twice - as you might never get your order.
