Do not use Makro Online! The call centre acts like they cant hear you, and they make empty promises

3 weeks ago I bought a present for someone online. When phoning, they would make as if they cant hear me. Eventually I was told that the drone will be arriving on Monday (yesterday)! Nothing arrived. Then I had to phone them AGAIN, just to be told, oh sorry, we will have to refund you, but there might be an issue refunding you, as we need to get it from the supplier.! I paid you Makro, and I want my money back as in yesterday! Not the supplier, but YOU! Its over R1000!!!!!!!! Your communication, call Centre, and service is absolutely disgusting!!!
