Do not use Makro Online or phone their call centre

Worst service ever. When you phone the call centre, they act like they cant hear you. None of them know where the stock is that you ordered. I bought something online about 2 and half weeks ago. Showed 5 in stock, delivery within 2 to 5 days. Still nothing. When I want to get a refund, I get told it will take 2 weeks for a refund. Nice way to get interest on my money! I am so disgusted, as you just cant get to speak to anyone to find out what is going on,
