Do not use makro online, if something goes wrong with your order no one cares

I have ordered 2 products from makro online on the 4 Dec '23, only part of my order was delivered on the 6th, i spent countless hours on the phone trying to get makro to deliver the rest of my order. On the 13 of Dec they said they will give me a refund (which they said will take up to 2 weeks). Today (12 Jan '24) I followed up to hear when i will be receiving my money, only for me to find out they have never filed anything and they were unaware that there was something wrong with my order. Makro basically stole my money. Clearly Fiona Hlungwani from customer service did not do her job.
