Do not use Makro Online for purchases

Rather use other online retailers, as Makro Online is useless, they are quick to take your money but leaves you with empty promises, our complaint has been escaleted into heaven by this time now, with many promises to call you back with a resolution but they never call back. We bought blinds more than a month ago from Makro. Numerous calls later, between Makro and DawnWing, One blaming the other we still do not have our Rollerblinds, first Makro says that the blinds went missing at the couriers depot, next thing they will deliver the blinds, only to call Dawnwing couriers to find out that Makro only send one rollerblind but they keep on blaming Dawnwing for losing the rollerblinds. Please be advised and never use Makro Online, they will keep lying to you and everyday there is another story from their side about where you parcels are.
