DO NOT USE MAKRO ONLINE
Never use Makro Online - unreliable service. They don't stick to their delivery days. had to cancel my online order and go in store to purchase stock, cancelled last week Thursday I got a notification this morning that package is ready for delivery, and waiting for courier. Tried to get hold of Customer service numerous times last week, and this morning yet no answer. or get transferred around. If you go in store, they cannot assist you either. Honestly disappointing.

05 Dec 2022, 11:56I received feedback via mail that you have escalated to have my order delivered after I have already cancelled the online order twice. Getting hold of anyone is impossible. We will not accept the order and will just send it back.
