DO NOT USE MAKRO ONLINE!!

On 31 May 2023 I ordered a stove from Makro online for collection at Cape Gate (Cape Town). Order no. MAK***. Was advised order ready for collection at Makro Woodmead (Gauteng)???? After lots of correspondence Makro agreed on 14 June 2023 to refund me within 7 to 14 working days. More than a month later, It is now the 25th working day. Despite daily emails to Makro Online and Makro Care, we have still not received our refund.
