Do not use Makro online!! Bad service!!!

My Marko order was delivered on the wrong day, and the items in the order was incorrect and damaged.

Order was place on the 27th with delivery booked for 29th. Items were not delivered. I phoned to ensure that the order will not be delivered on Saturday 30th. Makro agreed, however the delivery was done on Saturday and delivered to a security guard without asking for the courier guy codes. This was after I phone then 2 times to confirm. Now getting the items returned is the second nightmare. Since Monday, only promises, but no pickup of the returning items. Even got a call from the Alberton branch to confirm the pickup. Nothing.. Also I was told that the refund will take up to 14 days, and If I am not happy, please drive to the Alberton branch. Why is there then online ordering???
