Do NOT use Makro Online!!!!

I have ordered products on Makro Online. Biggest mistake of my life! After more than a month, no deliveries. Emails sent to various contacts, messages left on their facebook page nd 1000s of phone calls and still no delivery as I am typing this review. Everyone just keep on saying "sorry for the inconvenience, the matter is being escalated". The site promises delivery within 5-7 days but it has been a month and a half now. After giving up on the order and requesting a refund, I am still just being promised the matter has been escalated to Head Office. If you want to pay for stuff you will never receive, feel free to use Makro Online.

So disgusted that I will never walk into a Makro store again in my life.
