Do not use Makro Online!

It is quiet unfortunate that I have to come back here, Makro issued a refund on my product but the amount is not what I paid. I bought the laptop for R4989 and was only refunded R3301. No explanations or whatsoever on what happened to the rest of my money or when I am expected to receive it. Their call centre staff is disgustingly clueless on everything. Please pay me the remainder of my money urgently.
