Dating back to 4November, an order MAK*** for R758 paid by eft Money deducted from my account but never credited by Makro Order was therefore cancelled Despite numerous emails supplying proof of payment, bank statements, id doc all as requested pdf Numerous phone calls as well The operators have always been helpful and escalate my request but the problem is the accounts department This is very poor customer relations and service as Makro do not phone or email me There has been no action or refund on the part of Makro Will never use them again
