Do not trust makro’s online shopping platform !

Makro had a promotion on Stanley quenchers for R700 (online) , I placed my order on the 29th of march my order was confirmed with no indication of stock being a problem , on the 2nd of April i had to phone marko due to no futher updates on my order when the kind lady informed me that they did receive my order and it will be processed as soon as they are able to , today ( 4 April ) my order was just cancelled no indication why , and i will only be refunded in about 10 days , i feel ****med as well as makro not complying with the consumer law as they advertised these Stanley's for R700 and i have email confirming my order that i placed as well as the invoice marko sent me for receiving my payment , and when u phone makro today i was told the online app does not update their stock availability, this is unacceptable and feels like a **** , and yes the terms and conditions state that availability is a factor but if my order and payment is accepted and confirmed their online system confirmed their stock availability, i know this is a reoccurring problem do not order online on makro
