Do not transact with Makro On-Line.
Order placed 27 November 2019. As at 10 January 2020 I am still awaiting delivery of the goods ordered and paid for!! Numerous telephone and e-mail queries to the Makro call-centre and Massmart directly have not resulted in resolution of this long outstanding matter. The call centre's most recent correspondence received dated 30 December 2019 indicated that delivery would occur on 6 January 2020 which obviously has not happened. Further queries since then to the call centre and the Massmart contact centre have been met with deafly silence. WILL NEVER TRANSACT WITH MAKRO ON-LINE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM. THEIR CONDUCT BORDERS ON ********** ACTIVITY - QUICK TO ACCEPT PAYMENT AND THEN NOT DELIVERING THE GOODS!!
