Do not take their word it means nothing.

Absolutely terrible sales service. I purchased 2 office tables which were said to be 3 in stock in the Nelspruit branch upon arrival for collection the following day we were asked to return a week later seeing as they failed to do proper stock take and there were only 1 in stock which was damaged. After a week of waiting there is still no direct answer as to when we will receive our items already paid for. Makro head office is poor at managing and even more so in handling complaints, their complaints department on the contact number *** does not even attempt to answer the phone none the less deal with complaints. I will never purchase from them again and as an acting manager I will ensure my company never does again either.
