DO NOT SUPPORT MAKRO ONLINE!!! - Damaged Fridge & No Resolution in Sight
Ordered a fridge from Makro Online which arrived with a large dent. Reported it immediately with photos, but after weeks of follow-ups, there’s still no action — no refund, no exchange, no inspection. Communication has been poor and the lack of urgency is unacceptable. DO NOT SUPPORT MAKRO ONLINE!!!
