Do not shop online at Makro

I am having a terrible online shopping experience. I ordered an item on the 14th December 2024 and the expected delivery was 28th December 2024, it is now 7th of January and I have received nothing, and with NO updates about why there is such a LONG delay. Do NOT SHOP ONLINE AT MAKRO.
