DO NOT SHOP AT MAKRO ONLINE (THOSE ****MERS), STICK TO TAKEALOT!!!!!

I placed an order for a tv and microwave on the 24th of July. It is now the 31st of July, no delivery has been made. On the 26th (which was meant to be the delivery date) I called the careline and they advised the delivery would be made later that day. When I track the order it says order packed. Yesterday, the 30th, I called the careline AGAIN and they gave me the number for Woodmead store which has my goods and asked that I try to get them to deliver. Indeed I called the store. Response was appalling, the lady I spoke to FLAT OUT said she has no idea when delivery will be made and cannot commit to anything "it will be delivered when its delivered" is what she said. Now, again, I WANT TO KNOW WHEN MY GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED?!?
