DO NOT SHOP AT MAKRO

Just absolutelt terrible. Makro online has been a nightmare, they will not collet their faulty item. Its almost a month now i am waiting for them to collect. Only God knows how long it will take for my refund if they decide to collect. All i get is the same old story , 'A courier will be allocated'. It took long to deliver only for them to deliver a faulty item now its taking a whoile month to collect it.

I am in utter disbelief. There's no reason why they should offer online shopping, they are clearly pathetic, SHUT IT DOWN!!!

They are also very *********, I was contacted by a representative with this number *** after I had informed that I will be escalating this matter to the law if not fulfilled. They called to confirm my availability for collection, firstly she asked if I still had the item. The level of incompetence will bring you to tears.

No communication has been sent, nothing . I can't even call the number back because it is said to not exist.
