Do not run online sales if you cannot carry the load!

I arrived a work 6:30 sharp in order to prepare for a fridge deal. You site immediately gave errors and started hanging . I wanted to by the Hisense fridge of 7999. You site took me then to my cart and it showed 8499? Although wrong i still wanted to buy it then i would query later. You site bombed out again. I tried to go back in and it said stock unavailable? I was there first. Then i went back in to buy the AEG fridge for 8999 and it kept going to my trolley but the payment screen kept giving me the Opps error. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR AN HOUR TO NO AVAIL. I WOULD LIKE ONE OF THESE FRIDGES FOR THE PRICE POSTED OR A VOUCHER TO COMPENSATE. You guys should know that the traffic experienced on these deal days are hi and you should prepare for it well in advance.

This is their response lol. I escalated the issue to the Consumer Goods Ombudsman. You guys should do the same! ====================================================================== Greetings to you Craig Thank you for your response and once again apologies for the delay in response. As per the last email, we had sent your complaint to the team and we were advised that unfortunately there was a system error which displayed the incorrect price, hence your online purchase could not be processed. The correct price of the fridge was R7999 as advertised on the various media platforms; therefore unfortunately a voucher cannot be authorized. Apologies for this inconvenience.
