DO not purchase via MAKRO Online

Its been a frustrating experience using MAKRO ONLINE to purchase a stove top. Online support involves, sitting for countless minutes on a call centre call with the poor guys at the call centre, apologising for the lack of support and that they can do nothing for you and that "they are sorry". Ordering date - 28 Nov 2019 - promised date of delivery 7 to 10 working days. From the 10th day repeated number of calls to the blasted ***number - takes them 5 mins on an average to answer your call. 6 calls to them over 4 days, average time of each call - 25 mins. Finally got delivered today. Same response everyday - dispatched to their courier - whoi clearly uses a donkey or is walking from depot to customer addresses!
