DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM MAKRO. WORST STORE IN SOUTH AFRICA
I have been waiting for my refund from an order I had requested a refund for in January, it has been 2 months and no assistance has been given. MAKRO ONLINE is the worst company to EVER Purchase from. Do yourself a favour and do not BUY ANYTHING from that store. YOU WILL REGRET it trust me. Their customer service is thee MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

26 Mar 2025, 15:01Your consultants keep dropping the call every time I enquire, all they have been saying is that they have escalated the case. Which it has been escalated since February. It's time I see how other customers feel about your service on larger social media platforms.
