DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIRD PARTY ONLINE MAKRO!!

Absolutely disgusting customer care service for online purchases. Received an incorrect product from their third party supplier. Purchase date 6 January 2025. Delivery received 15 January 2025. Within the hour product was delivered a return was placed for incorrect product received as well as pictures. The product was collected 17 January 2025. Waited until the 27 January 2025, no feedback, called in they weren't even aware product was collected nor if the supplier received the return. They said they will escalate. Same thing happended when speaking to Nquodle Nakamca on the 30 January 2025,it will be escalated. Called back 4 February 2025 spoke to Tebogo Saith and was again promised feedback COB on the same day. Guess what, no feedback. Called back 5 January 2025, speaking to Mokhala, advised I wanted to speak to a Supervisor. Sorry Supervisors are all in a meeting. Still waiting for Supervisor on the line. What pathetic service!!!
