Makro has a non existent service industry. I experienced a malfunction with a product purchased online from Makro, I have had the product returned and I was advised that a refund will be made to me- this was all in November 2022 and it is now Jan 2023. The 2 idiots handling the issue name Norman Dilley and Ayanda Radebe are not responding to my emails nor are they doing anything about the refund
