DO NOT ORDER WITH MAKRO ONLINE

Placed an order on 10 April, delivered on 13 April. Logged a return on 17 April and now 4 May it has still not been collected and still not refunded.

The call centre staff gives you the run around (they need to cancel the order on their side, but cannot say when this will happen).

I've sent emails to their customer care - only an automated response, nothing more.

WORST SERVICE.
