Do NOT order via Makro online

I ordered three items from Makro online on 16 Dec, in time for delivery by Xmas; then I received a message that it had been delivered to the courier company at 16h00 on 20 Dec. After NO delivery and no messages I complained on 24 Dec, but it took until 28 Dec to get a reply saying they would investigate (message received at 08h58). At 10h07 on 28 Dec I got a message that my items had been delivered! I phoned and eventually was told that my package had gone missing and that I would receive a refund in 7 to 14 days!!! I spend tens of thousands with Takealot each year and have never had this service.
