Do not order online with Makro- YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER!! Only to be dissapointed
I am extremely upset at how unprofessional Makro's online platform is. I have been waiting for almost a month for my order only to find that it was canceled! If I didn't log on I wouldn't have even been notified! I don't even know the reason why it was canceled?! This is extremely poor customer service. To top it all off I can't even get ahold of anyone on the customer care line! Pathetic! I am expecting my refund asap!
