DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE I ordered something that was online only on the website. More than a week goes by, I hear 0 updates. I email them to find out what is happening. 2 days later I get a notification that my order was canceled either by my request (I did not) or it is out of stock. (How can I order something that is out of stock? How does it take a week and a half for them to let me know it is out of stock?? And why did I need to contact them to get a response.)

THE BEST PART: 7-14 working days for a REFUND???? This is by far the worst refund experience I have had EVER. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
