DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!

First and last time using Makro online! Order confirmation says delivery in 2-5 working days. When I go online to track order, it hasn't moved from order confirmed status. Following up with customer support doesn't help, they just blame it on supplier. "Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm a delivery date, and I regret for this. I can only provide feedback once they have provided an update." Reading other recent reviews it seems to be a Makro problem and not supplier. Unfortunately I can not get any details on the supplier to contact them directly.
