Do not order from makro revolting service and no delivery

Deserve no stars. After one week of fighting my order was delivered only the towels. I ordered cold drinks for over R350 worth none was delivered. I am now told they can't help me and I can get a refund in seven days. I've called the call center 5 x today and the lady I spoke to was ride as all heck! Says she can't help and can only tell me what she sees on her screen. Disgusting service and I want my money back. I've been on hold for a supervisor now for 20minutes!
