Do not order from MAKRO ONLINE , YOU WILL REGRET IT

Pathetic service for such a big store. The online shopping experience is a nightmare, please don't order on Makro for delivery! I ordered an item, first issue was it took more than 2 weeks to arrive (even though the delivery address was less than 10KM from their distribution center). I then purchased elsewhere and looking to return this item. I am unable to log a return online since the order of the status is 'in-progress' as if I had not received the item. I contacted customer support in November, 2 months later and I am still waiting for them to pick the item up and issue me with a refund.
