DO NOT ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have placed an online order on the Monday 28 August. I was told to expect my order by Saturday 30 August. My order has not been delivered to date. I phoned about four times for an update and was promised that I will receive my order the next day every time but still no delivery. No one even phoned me from the delivery company and I am also not receiving any updates from both Makro and the Courier company. This makes me think that I will never receive my order. It is almost two weeks now. Very unhappy customer. Will most definitely never ever order online from Makro again.
