DO NOT order from Makro online

I have purchased a kettle from Makro online (as it said that it is only available online). When I received the kettle it was a completely different one and cheaper than the one I ordered. I have logged a return and they were supposed to collect it a week ago. Since then I have contacted Makro every day to ask when they will collect the kettle and asking what is happening. Every single person gave me the same response “I will escalate the problem and we will get back to you”, but they never do.

This is theft. Makro has my money and I have no kettle and no one can tell me what is happening. Their customer service is beyond bad.
