We purchased 2 fans for R500. The fans have not been delivered yet, but the order says they were. We have not received our order, and every time we call, you say it has been escalated. Who can we contact regarding this? ' We are extremely unhappy with Makro's treatment of this issue. It is extremely concerning how uninterested you are in resolving it.

Every time we call them it's always the same story...We tried emailing *** and *** and no reply. So people please do not use Makro online, they are not set up to help if things go wrong like it has done in our case!!!
