DO NOT ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE

I ordered a fridge from Makro online on the 25th of April 2023, I only received the fridge on 5 May 2023 (I still don't know why the order was so delayed, estimated delivery date was 29 April 2023). Only to discover that the fridge was damaged, it had a dent in the door. I reported it telephonically and via email, I was promised that the fridge would be replaced. After many more phone calls and emails, I still have the damaged fridge and have no idea if or when I will receive a replacement as the store and the courier are arguing over who caused the damage.
