the unprofessionalism on the Makro Online leaves much to be desired. Apparently Makro lists items that it does not have in stock and relies on 3rd parties for supply (facebook marketplace sellers among others). This means items are not ready for dispatch upon ordering, and orders are received in parts, if they are ever received to begin with. The excuses on following up range from "the third party is looking for stock" to "the third does not have stock". It would appear that these third parties start outsourcing for stock when an order is made whereas the representation by Makro is that stock is readily available. Makro's misrepresentation is quite telling
